I provide design services for home owners such as renovations, alterations, additions, and new custom work and have extensive experience designing out-buildings for farms and ranches such as barns and equipment sheds as well as pool houses, guest houses, and garages with guest suites. Commercial structures are another specialty, such as professional offices, exercise facilities, condominiums, apartments, and shopping centers. Among my commercial services are; site-planning, square footage certifications, space-planning layouts, and as-built measurement plans.
